5.0The original WhatsApp message gave me a wrong link, which was unable to open the doors. A staff was very helpful in late evening, so we still got into the rooms.
− Despite the rooms look clean and tidy, I am suspecting mite or some other allergens. Both of the travelers experienced allergic reactions.

Great location and comfy apartment.
8.0Property was super well located with great view of the marina. Easy walk to all the Gothic quarter attractions. Spacious.
− The entry system using a phone app to open doors was a bit nerve-wracking, especially as one of the doors was a bit temperamental. Kept expecting to get stuck outside, although it never actually happened.
- decent place, but with huge electronic/tech frustrations. Book in process took me 2 hours to figure out.
3.0- decent location - good size apartment
− - I’m 60+, and not a techie, so I had problems: - you need to be a computer expert to use this apartment. No keys, 2 outside doors need an app to open. Front door is electronic combination - you need to pay city taxes fees directly to government, another computer issue - site says office around corner, but when I tried to get help they said office in another city, figure it out yourself - you will 100% need a smartphone for app and government payment - shower sewer was very slow to drain, standing in soapy water.
Guests arriving outside of opening hours are kindly requested to contact the property in advance using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
