موظفين لطفين ، المرافق والموقع ممتاز جدا

− حجزت 3 ايام ، لكن مكثت يوم واحد فقط وخرجت ثاني يوم بسبب سوء رائحة الشقه ، كما ان التنظيف لم يكن ذات جوده عاليه مثل قبل .. والأسعار مبالغ فيه مقارنتاً بغيره

أقمت في هذا الفندق 8 ليلات كل شيء جميل ابتداء من بشاشة موظفة الإستقبال حيث انها قدمت لأطفالي الثلاثة هدايا تذكارية اثناء الاستقبال وايضاً المغادرة. الفندق نظيف ومرتب حصلت على شقة إطلالتها مباشرة من البلكونة على نهر كابرون. الفندق مجهز بجميع المرافق وأواني الطبخ. الفندق مثالي تأنسه الروح وجود الكثير من الخليجين في الفندق هذا ما أسعدني. شقق معزوله جيدا ترتاح اثناء النوم. وجود المحلات والخدمات حول الموقع. السوبرماركت مقابل الفندق بشكل عام ممتاز جدا جدا ما تحس نفسك معزول كانك بين اهلك وناسك.

− ملاحظات للتطوير: 1. يُرجى أخذ مزيد من الاحتياطات فيما يخص الشقق المطلة على نهر كابرون، خاصة للعائلات التي لديها أطفال، حيث يفصل بين الشرفة والنهر سياج فقط. سيكون من الأفضل تعزيز وسائل السلامة أو رفع مستوى الحماية في الشرفات. 2. يُفضل إضافة شطاف في الحمامات، خاصة وأن نسبة كبيرة من نزلاء الفندق من الدول التي يُعد فيها وجود الشطاف من الاحتياجات الأساسية. 3. أسعار الإقامة مرتفعة نسبيًا مقارنةً بالفنادق المشابهة في المنطق
