10.0Ottima posizione proprio di fronte alla pineta a due passi dal mare e dal centro di Viareggio. Possibilità di parcheggiare con soli cinque euro al giorno nelle strisce blu. Ottima colazione. Possibilità di aggiungere la cena a soli 25 € ottima anche la cena.

9.0Gestori molto simpatici e disponibili, colazione dolce ottima e molto varia (piccola menzione alle torte fatte in casa soprattutto quella al cioccolato eccezionale!) con e una piccola selezione di salato per chi gradisce, posizione ottima per il mare e il centro!
− Camera e bagno non troppo spaziosi (noi eravamo in 3 con un lettino per il bimbo) e senza posto per poter stendere (scomodo se come noi andavamo avanti e indietro dalla spiaggia 2 volte al giorno) ma nulla di non risolvibile 😉
