1.0− Fue una pésima experiencia nunca me llegue a quedar cuando llegue el dueño me trató horrible gritaba , que porque había llegado temprano. Que el estaba desayunando eran las 11 AM . Su trato fue maltratador y discriminador (,porque cuando bajo otra señora le dió un tattoo distinto bajo el volumen etc), decía que me podia ir le decía mi dinero. Y dijo que no cobraría y tuve que salir del lugar fue lo mejor bajo 43 grados de temperatura. Creo que Booking debería mapear que lugares, alojamientos tienen esta conducta de discriminación que en sociedades educadas es inadmisible. El pago que este señor recibe es igual independientemente del color de piel, raza, procedencia. Y nadie debe estar expuesto a esa conducta. Booking no puedes solo cobrar tu porcentaje tienes que NO exponer a tus clientes.
Magical oasis close to historic sites.
10.0The venue is 5 minutes from the Duomo; across the street from a hospital and 1 block from the library. Despite being across the street from the hospital, we never heard the street noise. Andrea has ensured the rooms are protected from outside noose and there are darkening shades. The room was cleaned daily. The bathroom was modern and sizable. Andrea was very helpful in providing guidance; personable and responsive. It felt like we were staying at a friend’s house. This really is the ideal location to stay.

Host was personable, had a great sense of humor, and had good local restaurant recommendations and sightseeing tips. Was very helpful with reservations and transportation arrangements. Loved his little dog too. 😉
