Close but no cigar

Cleanliness was great but there was a bit of a drain smell from the bathroom and replenishing tea and coffee didn’t happen, other than that the hotel did what it was supposed to and the staff were very pleasant.

I require a full refund it’s not as describe???

Full off migration people & the security was good as two nights before our stay two English BMW motorcycles got stolen, so we decided not to stay and the hotel had no electricity and was ver dirty. This is not as described on the web site I live require a full refund

Hotel rooms perfectly clean, but felt very dated by the wall decor and very small. This is a “Motel” style property like you’d see in American movies. Windows are shuttered, presumably for security. Property is on an industrial estate. Does not feel like a particularly safe area. Staff very friendly and breakfast was nice.

The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was adequate for our needs. There was a smell of cigarettes lingering in the room which was a bit off putting, but the beds were comfortable, so we had a good nights sleep.
