− Demasiado pequeña la habitación, daba a un pulmón bastante feo y el personal no se esmeraba mucho tampoco.

Quando precisei de ajuda, senti falta de mais atenção e disposição por parte dos atendentes para auxiliar os hóspedes. Acredito que melhorar a receptividade e a qualidade do atendimento faria diferença significativa na experiência.
− Sem dúvidas, o ponto forte do hotel é a localização. Gostei muito de estar no centro de Madrid, perto de tudo e com a facilidade de fazer muitos passeios a pé, sem precisar utilizar metrô ou Uber. A localização é excelente e facilita bastante a experiência de quem deseja explorar a cidade.
