10.0The staff was great. I messed up on the reservation and did not check out on the day I was supposed to and our room was booked specifically for another reservation that day. We were out sightseeing and could not get back in time to move out of the room so the staff packed our stuff and moved us to a different room to accommodate us. The rooms were beautiful! The breakfast was quality food and there was a lot to choose from. I can't recommend this hotel enough!
