Ne mérite vraiment pas 4 étoiles !
6.0La chambre est confortable avec une très bonne literie.
− Personnel pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. Incapable de faire un cocktail correctement, apparemment dépassé dès qu'on lui pose une question. Il faut demander des glaçons alors qu'il fait 40° à l'extérieur. Repas correct mais ne valant absolument pas 35 €. Machine à café en panne lors du petit déjeuner un samedi matin en pleine saison et pas de deuxième machine, cela paraît aberrant. Salle de bain vieillissante avec baignoire. Il faudrait une douche à l'italienne. Parking avec un revêtement de cailloux et de poussière très inconfortable. En résumé, cet hôtel ne mérite absolument pas ses 4 étoiles. Bizarre d'avoir une enseigne Mercure qui est plutôt synonyme de grande qualité. Pour moi, c'est du niveau d'un 2 étoiles, 3 au grand max grâce à la chambre !!

Très bon séjour. Nous reprendrons cet hôtel si nous revenons à Castres
