− Het hotel heeft 158 euro van me gestolen en joudt het geblokkeerd op me rekening en blijven het ontkennen. Ze geven geen gehoor aan booking of aan mij. Het zijn vreselijke asociale mensen. Echt verschrikkelijk gewoon. Ik ga ze aanklagen

El personal es muy amable.

− El aire acondicionado es muy antiguo y hace mucho ruido, lo que impide dejarlo funcionando durante la noche. Además, se oyen los ruidos del agua procedentes de los demás cuartos de baño de la planta.

Nice hotel at a good location in the centre of Toulouse.

It was a nice hotel at a good location in the centre of Toulouse. It was quiet at night despite being close to some busy streets and bars showing big matches taking place in the World Cup. I needed to book an extra night at the last minute due to travel issues, and was happy to return to the same hotel.
