9.0Nuestra habitación estaba muy bien y aunque el baño no era muy grande (solo cabe una persona) tenía todo lo necesario. Estaba cerca del metro y el personal era muy amable. Además cuenta con una máquina de café y agua para los desayunos. Según los comentarios pensábamos que no pasaban a limpiar pero si que pasaron un día.
− Se oye mucho el ruido de la calle y las habitaciones de al lado y la luz del baño creemos que no se apagaba o no sabíamos cómo.
Lied about amenities like air conditioning, did not refund my money, rude staff!
1.0Nothing was good. Highly dissapointed.
− On June 26, 2026, I booked a room with air conditioning. When I arrived during the UK heatwave, they had given my room to someone else and put me in a basement room with no air conditioning and no fan whatsoever. In a heatwave. They admitted what they had done but showed zero remorse. While I was there, a walk-in guest arrived asking about air conditioning. I simply told them the truth — that there was no AC in the rooms. The guest immediately walked away without booking. The hotel staff then became aggressive and shouted at me for this. When I asked for a refund for a room that did not match my booking, they explicitly refused — and stated the reason was because I had told the walk-in guest there was no air conditioning. In other words, they withheld my refund as punishment for telling the truth. This is deeply unethical. I had no choice but to leave and spend additional money on Uber to find alternative accommodation, out of pocket for both. This hotel does not honour its bookings, retaliates against guests for speaking honestly, and does not treat people with dignity. Avoid at all costs.
Troppi compromessi per un ottima posizione strategica
6.0La struttura si trova in un bellissimo quartiere, pulito e silenzioso a pochi passi dalla stazione di Earl’s Court. Il personale è stato molto gentile.
− La stanza era abbastanza vetusta e veramente microscopica, il letto non era assolutamente sufficiente per una coppia (troppo piccolo) in più nel periodo caldo nel quale abbiamo alloggiato il finestrone a tutta parete non era abbastanza schermata e rendeva la stanza un forno. Il condizionatore era insufficiente a smaltire il caldo. Il bagno aveva un lavandino più piccolo del rubinetto.La struttura è priva di ascensore ( per noi non è stato un problema ma va tenuto conto)
