− Room was very run down. Nice and clean tho. Breakfast room was very warm. I got there late and the meat and cheese was sweating.
Generally liked the hotel but I think for over 700€ for two nights it was too much, i didn’t like the breakfast at all.

1.0Nothing. I was locked out all night.
− They declared me a no show without notice (no attempt to call or email, nothing like that), and I spent the night without accommodation in London with laptop phone bags etc. I tried many times to call them from outside the property with no answer. I emailed them complaining about the deemed no show along them for an explanation and still await an answer (1-week later).
