Room dated. No hairdryer. Flush button on toilet broken. Arrived at 3pm but no food available,

− It would have been nice if the guest to the wedding could have had similar rooms some had gorgeous patio areas others had a little window looking at a fence when there was loads of patio ones free

3.0Not much to be honest.
− We arrived at 3pm and the hotel was shut. had to ring for a rep to attend and open. The front door was then flung open and the rep disappeared for 10 minutes. Rep not very friendly or helpful. Room allocated is without doubt the smallest room I have ever stayed in. Considering the hotel was virtually empty and it was our tenth wedding anniversary a larger room should have been allocated to us. The breakfast is up there with the worst breakfast ever. It was buffet style it was cold and didnt taste nice.

Extra beds can be provided in superior rooms only if guests request to property directly as they need to set up the bedding and there is an extra cost for extra bed too.
