− A nuestra llegada no entendíamos las reseñas bajas, estábamos contentos con la calidad/precio que habíamos pagado teniendo en cuenta que era una semana antes del viaje. La segunda noche, al volver de estar todo el día fuera, no teníamos toallas. Tuvimos que rogar para que nos dieran una aunque fuera. La mañana siguiente tomamos un café de los proporcionados por el hotel en la habitación y al volver por la noche, la taza seguía ahí. Ese día nos volvieron a dejar una única toalla siendo dos personas, pasamos de reclamar otra vez.

Awful. Never again and I’d advise anyone & everyone to avoid staying at this hotel.

− The kettle didn’t work & I asked for it to be replaced 4 times. I purchased a phone charger power lead that mysteriously disappeared from my room. Also the bedside light didn’t work.

9.0The hotel is in a great location with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth, making the stay convenient.
− The room was a bit small, and there was some noise from outside at times. The Wi-Fi could also be more reliable. Other than that, everything was satisfactory.
