8.0The room was clean and we didn't have problems with it being too hot. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were abel to leave our luggage at the hotel before out check-in time amd also after we checked out, as we had an evening flight. The location is great, allowing easy access to multiple tube lines.
− The hotel doesn't provide room slippers, and when we arrived we waited a while until someone came to open the door for us. There was no refrigerator in the room.
