− Tengo una amplia lista: - no cerraba bien el pestillo del baño - a veces se abría sola la puerta de la habitación - el trato en recepción muy malo - el baño olía muy mal - la ventana no se podía abrir, no se podía ventilar la habitación - la tela no funcionaba - el desayuno "buffet" era realmente un croissant caducado y manzanas - ....
