3.0Não usufruímos de pequeno almoço porque tinha taxa extra.
− A porta do quarto, além de ter aspecto de que foi arrombada, não isola qualquer tipo de barulho dos corredores. ouve-se os outros hóspedes nos quartos como se fosse dentro do nosso. Deixamos roupas por esquecimento no quarto. Falamos com o recepcionista Sr Francisco, na madrugada (00:03 - 15/07/26) que deixamos o quarto dizendo que esquecemos de entre 6 a 7 peças de roupa, da minha esposa, camisolas, dentro do guarda fato. Voltamos a contactar no dia seguinte as 15:41 (15/07/26), Para nossa surpresa, informaram-nos que não as "encontraram". Voltamos a solicitar que falassem com a responsável pois sabíamos perfeitamente que tínhamos deixados a roupa no quarto e quando estávamos de saída encontramos a funcionaria no andar por isso supostamente, mais ninguém teve acesso ao mesmo. houve muito pouca vontade de nos devolverem os nossos pertences, ficamos com pena porque apesar de serem roupas usadas sã o roupas boas e tem valor sentimental. Sabemos muito bem quais foram. Ficamos com muito má impressão.

7.0Cama , travesseiro e chuveiro eram excelentes, simpatia da equipe da recepção também , um dos raros hotéis que ronda box do chuveiro de parede a parede
− O banheiro precisa de pequenas reformas, o piso com pastilhas estava soltando, a queda de água no piso dentro do box também não funcionava, fiquei em um quarto com degrais pra acessar , os quem estava com uma mala pesada foi uma dificuldade a mais, o banheiro tinha manchas de falta de limpeza no espelho e vaso sanitário , check in as 16 foi péssimo, se tivesse percebido isso antes , eu tinha cancelado

− Não estava a contar com pequeno-almoço e estacionamento pagos. Quarto demasiado simples (mas funcional) e alguns detalhes a melhorar na casa de banho como lâmpada intermitente ou portas do duche que não bloqueiam a água que entretanto cobre o chão do WC
