9.0Location very good for restaurants, my room was on the second floor and the corridors to my room were decorated to a high standard, the double bed was very comfortable and the staff very friendly, I will be back again.

2.0Location-nearby restaurants, coffeeshops and groceries
− 1. Staff- not welcoming and not guest oriented, Moses was rude when asked why we could not be given 2room card keys upon check in. He even raised his voice. 2. When we asked for pillow cases, the response was 'why'. 3. Facial tissue was not provided. 4. I left word with concierge to replenish our toilet paper before leaving for a day trip and none was provided. I had to go down and asked again after I came back.
The rooms were clean and lovely staff but way too many issues for that standard of hotel. More 2 than 4 star
5.0Location and staff
− Shower leaked. Bar fridge didn’t work and there was construction from 8am, not from the hotel but still frustrating. Oh and had to keep my curtains closed because my window was level with three apartments about 20 feet away. Also, unless I ordered a ridiculously overpriced breakfast buffet, I was not allowed to sit in the dining area or adjacent chairs with my co-traveller while she ate.
Wonderful hotel with many good restaurants nearby.
9.0The hotel is a little out of the way from the main attractions. The neighborhood is safe and has many restaurants around. The staff was excellent and was able to assist our many requests.
