− Too noise. The sound of the interphone is too loud at night. Someone keeps ringing the bell at night for hours not sure if it is a prankster or guests trying to check in when there is no staff. The security of the outside is concerning. Strange people around. I think it needs to reinforce security around. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise. It is really loud.

8.0Stairs and part had no railing. Dark stairs until complained and then told how to get light on. Bathroom excellent. Clean. Good location
