Exceptional views from the property

The location is excellent, away from maddening crowds of Bellagio. They have parking facilities. Their restaurant has beautiful lake como views and scrumptious food alongwith the good service. Our room was right on the lake. Little mini mart is nearby. We booked this hotel at the last minute and it exceeded our expectations.

The location being away from the high touristy areas but still a 5 minute bus or ferry ride away to explore and be able to come back to the quaint living area. The access to the lake and amenities given to people staying at the Hotel. And of course the friendly staff who made my fiancè and I feel like we were a part of their family.

Unfortunately when I got there I had lost my luggage at the airport and I was distraught the hotel went above and beyond to make accommodations to make me comfortable, particularly the hotel manager who helped me make the calls as I do not speak Italian. The breakfast is beautiful the deck is breath taking it feels like you’re in your own little haven I cannot recommend enough
