− Персонал. Менеджер і барменша в зоні дорослих агресивні до клієнтів з дітьми. Готель оголосив себе сімейним. Але коли я купую готель .... віддаючи перевагу, щоб був комфорт моїм дітям 11 і 14 років, виявилось.... що їм нічого не можна ні водяні гірки, ні сидіти в тиші і сідати і вечеря, бо ми повинні їсти в частині ресторану з волаючими дітьми, ні дартс, ні стріляти з лука. Коли я хочу сісти в барі і випити з ними безалкогольні коктейлі, барменша готова відірвати мені руки щоб я пішла геть....а менеджер зневажливо пояснює мені якісь правила. ВИЙШЛО ЩО моя відпустка була схожа на казарму армійську... правила правила. ДОНЬКА на 3й день відмовилась виходити з номеру, так як весь час стрес. Шезлонги займають з 6ї ранку... вибачте... іншим стояти?сніданок одноманітний

7.0Hôtel très bien situé, proche de la mer, avec un personnel vraiment gentil et à l’écoute. Nous avons également eu la chance de profiter d’un dîner offert au FELICITÁ RESTAURANT, qui était excellent. Une très belle expérience.
− En revanche, nous avons été déçus par les installations destinées aux familles. Les espaces réservés aux adultes sont modernes et bien entretenus, tandis que ceux pour les enfants (bar, piscine, etc.) sont anciens et mériteraient d’être rénovés. Le buffet est de bonne qualité, mais la salle de restaurant est vieillissante et la vaisselle est parfois abîmée ou insuffisamment propre.
