− A fuir ! Je devais séjourner 3 nuits lors d'une semaine caniculaire, seule. Ma chambre étant située sous les combles et orientée plein sud, il y faisaut 39 degrés, sans climatisation. J'ai demandé si une autre chambre était disponible : le personnel de l'accueil a été agressif et m'a demandé de partir. J'ai demandé une compensation mais ils ont récupéré la clé et sorti une facture d'une seule nuit afin de pouvoir relouer plus tôt la chambre. Aucun respect pour les clients ! A 150€ la nuit, c'est une honte !
Aurez pu être mieux.
