− When we arrived our room wasn’t ready well after check in time. I went down to the desk they then sent me to another room which was also dirty. They managed to find us a room in the end but the organisation was very poor.

8.0Gentillesse du personnel. Situation à 5 minutes de la gare de l’Est. Chambre simple mais confortable. Pas de climatisation dans la chambre mais température agréable lors de mon séjour.
− Certaines jeunes voisines trop bruyantes, parlaient fort et claquaient les portes.

9.0L'emplacement est top, hôtel calme et personnel accueillant, l'hôtel a ce qu’il faut en équipement pour 2 nuits, nous étions 3 et tout s'est très bien déroulé et petit plus, vu sur la Tour Eiffel et pas mal de monuments depuis la chambre
− Notre chambre étant au dernier étage, nous avons eu légèrement chaud

10.0The Hotel has everything you need. In a great location in order to travel around and see the sights of Paris. The Hotel staff were welcoming, My room was clean and tidy. Stayed here with my 15yrear old daughter. It had everything we needed.
− Everything was fine. If i was being picky... there was no milk sachets in the room for a cup of tea but you could collect milk from downstairs to bring ip to your room.
