− La pulizia della camera. Per 2 giorni non è stata pulita, nonostsnte le nostre richieste. Spero sia un episodio isolato.

− L'éclairage de la chambre était très insuffisant. Impossible de lire sans éclairage d'appoint. De plus une insonorisation défaillante, trop de bruit interne à l'hôtel.

− Tesis konumu merkezi olsada geç saatlere kanar sokaktaki insan görültüsünden konforlu bir konaklama olmadı. Otel başta iyi görünsede odalar da kötü rutubet kokusu ve banyo giderinden sürekli ot kokusu geliyordu. Eşyalar eski ve temizlik çok zayıftı yatakta ve banyoda kıllar vardı oda toz içerisindeydi. Rezervasyondaki çocuğun davranışları garipti ve güvensiz hissettirdi ve resepsiyondaki çalışanların birbirinden haberi olmadan farklı yorumlarla misafirlerini yanlış yöneltiyorlar. Genel anlamda hiç memnun kalmadım çalışanlar konfor konum temizlik anlamında bir daha asla tercih etmeyeceğim bir otel tavsiye etmiyorum.

8.0L’emplacement idéal! A 2 minutes du palais Royal mais sur une rue plus tranquile donc pas de bruit dans la chambre
− Décor un peu vieillot, un peu de deco actuelle ferait toute la différence. Le tapis de la chambre était vraiment très usé
