− Bij aankomst bleken zij geen reservering en waren heel negatief over booking.com. Kregen een andere kamer dan gereserveerd en wilde overal extra geld voor hebben zoals borgsom voor de kamer. Stond negers aangegeven. Badkamers waren erg vies
