4.0The staff was not friendly. The elevator stop working my family stayed 2 hours on the elevator waiting for the technician. I lost my cruise tickets that I spent a lot money waiting for the technician. Nobody care . Not emphaty on the staff . I felt careless on this hotel.

− Shower sprayed water everywhere, not the greatest layout in the bathroom
Perfect little hotel
10.0Beds were comfortable, very good local area, navigation is easy because the buses are close and so are the metros, room was nice and very clean, good food as well!
