10.0Ubicacion perfecta, buen desayuno no suculento pero pasable, en cuanto a los ascensores pequeños pero se mantubieron funcionando mientras estubimos ahi, lo recomiendo.
− Para ser sinsero estubimos dos dias y casi no paraba en el solo para dormir y no tengo quejas del lugar.

The hotel was terrible and we left after 1 night.
3.0Room and bathroom were excellent . Staff was excellent
− Didn’t like steps, elevator, mosquitos in the room. The second the guy showed us the mosquito thing for the room, we decided to leave. Elevator was too tiny.
Had a great stay.
8.0It was so close to the river, specifically the Ponte Vecchio. Breakfast was great.
− The walk up to the first floor and the tiny lift - although, I realise nothing can be done about those due to the age of the building.
Good to know
The lobby is on the 2nd floor of the building. There are around 30 steps to take before you get to the small elevator that takes you up to lobby.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
