10.0Room with balcony facing Lake Maggiore. Bathroom had a particular "smell", but again, very old buildings, well kept. Could just be the ancient drainage. A/C could be a little more efficient.

Worn and tired hotel - kitchen smell in the room
4.0Overall the hotel was a little worn. Our room was rather large, but very dark. It only had smaller windows, all facing the neighboring building which was only 2 mtr away, why no light reached the room. The decor was old and “tired” and our room was on top of the kitchen, which clearly could be smelled. And finally the aircon was quite noisy.

6.0Location is great, climate was loud at night. TV remote batteries empty, too late so we did not bother. Rooms are ok in general.
