I liked it overall.
7.0The neighborhood
− The rudeness of a staff member who demanded my daughter sit properly. Also, ordering toast means you get two slices, which doesn't make sense.
Comfort sleep in central London
8.0Staff was cooperative and friendly. The hotel location is excellent in central London and n 5 minutes from tube station. The hotel is clean and good enough for comfort sleeping. The on suit shower is good and clean. The breakfast elements are sufficient and good varieties.

8.0Location was great. Safe and reasonably quiet area. Breakfast, which included full English if wanted, was included in room price. Rooms were clean and bed linen was spotless.
− Didn't really dislike anything. The stay was very good value which far outweighed the plain , smallish ,room with some older style furniture.

8.0It is a very lovely hotel, clean, well located and the staff were friendly! We will recommend it and come back when we will be back in London!
