− Breakfast wasn't great, staff didn't explain you could order additional items. Could hear next room and hallway at night when trying to sleep

Excellent relaxing hotel in a super off-centre location
9.0Location is great the staff are really friendly they have a super policy of always saying 'no problem' to any request! The food in the ivy was excellent. We opted for sea bass both nights as it was so good the first night we had to try it again: risotto was creamy and fish was meaty and perfect temperature. Recommend also the apple crumble to finish which was perfect: not too sweet
− Honestly everything was great the staff were so friendly and the food was top standard. Breakfast was definitely on/point as well. The only quibble I have is that the coffee served for breakfast was too strong, too much coffee powder/ small complaint though as there is a great little café in the foyer

7.0Great location, walking distance to Gorey town. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was a decent size
− Room was very warm and stuffy, no aircon, rom faces on to carpark which was fine but as the room was so warm we had to leave windows open all night which led to us hearing a lot of noise. The bathrooms need updating, very worn and unfortunately a smell of damp and mould in it which was not pleasant
