Room was spacious and comfortable. No view but quiet. Good space for clothes. Good bathroom with nice shower. Daily change of towels. 2 bottles of water every day. Breakfast salon spacious, never crowded. Ample choice of food and drinks. I enjoyed the mixed juice of fruit and vegetables. Parking cost 5 extra euros a day, quite acceptable. Eileen the receptionist at our check in was excellent. She gave us detailed information on everything we needed to know. She even suggested and booked for us a performance of Irish music and dance which we enjoyed immensely. Thank you Eileen! We dined st the bar, cutting outside a couple of times. Once it was excellent. Second time, same food it was mediocre.

− Internet was slow. Bed were awfully made a couple of times. I think it depended on different cleaning ladies. One was definitely a desaster 😡 no electrical outlet for the hairdryer in the bathroom. You had to plug it in the room, bending yoga style to reach the outlet under the desk. No toilet brush!!! Awkward... The toiletry products were cheap stuff and even hard to use. You had to vigorously shake them against your hands. Position wise the hotel is far from the Galway City center. But it is on the sea, along a beautiiful long promenade. So it's a matter of taste. We sent stuff to cdry clean twuce6. No matter the weight it's 35 euros per load. They list one of my sock. And, in the absence of Eileen, the matter was poorly dealt with at the reception.

Ontbijt was prima en er is een goed zwembad (neem je badmuts mee) bij het hotel, dat op een goede locatie ligt.

− Er was de hele dag lawaai van een generator. Wij sliepen in kamer 205 aan het einde van de gang met onder het raam de generatoren die de airconditioning van de grote zalen beneden regelde. Deze maakte de gehele nacht extreem veel herrie en gebrom en je dreunde af en toe in je bed. Dit was tot ver op de gang nog te horen. Tevens was er geen ventilatie in de badkamer, hierdoor was deze constant vochtig. Daarnaast was er matig schoongemaakt, de kussen van de stoelen waren erg vies met vlekken en er was geen airco. Voor meer dan 200 euro per nacht verwacht je eigenlijk wel wat meer en was dit teleurstellend.

Super Lage in Salthill. Es fährt gleich davor ein Bus, in die Innenstadt von Galway. Zu Fuss kann man die Destillerie Micil erreichen. Das Zimmer hatte einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Ich würde es sofort wieder buchen.

− Die Parkgebühr für die Hotelgäste vor dem Haus, war überraschend für uns.

Las instalaciones, la piscina climatizada, el personal, el desayuno

− La toalla de la habitación estaba rota y algo vieja. No se podía abrir la puerta de la terraza de nuestra habitación (por normativa o porque se compartía con la habitación de al lado). El hotel necesita una actualización respecto al mobiliario y decoración, se nota antiguo y pasado de moda.
