I think the staff we met could do better than what she did. Her attitude seemed negative.
7.0I couldn't use internet throughout
− The front dest staff was rude. She dropped phone on me when I was requesting for supply. I had limited mobility and I requested for help to get us some room supplies that was not available. She insisted that I have to come down and get it. That wasn't nice. I have been a member of IHG close to 15 years.
Comfortable and enjoyable stay.

− Ice machine was broken on my floor. Wish the pool hours were longer.

10.0Breakfast was delicious. Bed was comfy. Plenty of room for everyone.
− I moved from the area four months ago. I was familiar with the area having some homeless people around. It appears that the hotel is helping with situation by housing people on a more permanent residency. This was good, but a little weird. While walking to our room, we spotted 3 doormats outside of rooms and some decorations on some doors. We had a laugh about how many holidays were being represented at the Holiday Inn.
