Cosy guest house
10.0The guest house was cosy, rooms very well sized and comfy beds. It was located within breacon beacons national Park, and within 30 minutes drive of most popular attractions in the area. Breakfast is large but tasty, with meat free options and a steady supply of tea and coffee. The host was very caring, providing insights into local attractions and making sure we enjoyed our stay.

10.0A great place to stay if you are planning on exploring the national park. Cardiff central is only about an hour drive away as well. Breakfast is also very nice.

9.0Uitstekende ligging dichtbij verschillende wandelingen in de Beacons. Goed ontbijt. Vriendelijke eigenaars. Ruime parking.
− Moeilijk om de temperatuur van het water van de douche te regelen. Lange haren op de vloer in de badkamer.
Die zu heiße Dusche störte den Aufenthalt.
7.0Die Lage ist für Wanderungen mit Autoanreise sehr gut. Die "englischen" Frühstücksteile (Eier, gebratene Tomate und Champignons...) werden frisch zubereitet. Das Personal ist sehr nett.
− Die Dusche in der Badewanne hat kein kaltes Wasser und war in unserer Hitzeperiode zu heiß und daher nicht zu nutzen. Die nicht-englischen Frühstücksteile (Müsli, Saft, Toast, Obst...) waren unterdurchschnittlich.
Welcoming and Comfortable
9.0Staff were ultra friendly. The breakfast was super lush. The property was in a fairly quiet location. Lots of pubs and restaurants around in nearby towns. Plenty of parking too. Would book again without hesitation. The owner, in her 80s, is an inspiration and her and her staff all sat down together for tea after breakfast, which was lovely to see. Very welcoming. Facilities in the room were great including fridge and TV.
− Decor was slightly outdated but clean and tidy.
