We loved the space, the facilities and the staff.

− Our stay was a long one. Some consideration of this with our room provisions would have been helpful - 8 days worth of tea, coffee pods, toilet rolls, rubbish bags, detergent and chux wipes upfront. Room servicing was great and just in time for some new towels. The kitchen was missing things we are used to in air bnbs such as pepper, salt. Just the things you don't want to take back with you on the plane home! To start with it felt like we were staying in someone else's house because these things were missing (more a DYI approach). This wasn't good considering the expense of the accommodation. This was a small thing but makes a big difference for a long stay.

Location, view and rooms are amazing. The most idlic central location in Mooloolaba.

− The person at reception was unecessarily curt and rude to my husband on our arrival. She made an assumtion that we wanted to check-in early saying, your room is not ready! I had previously communicated that we would like our luggage stored on arrival as we had an early flight. That is all we were hoping for. However, to off-set our unsettling arrival, we were contacted around 12pmto say our room was ready which was great.
