Nice Lancaster location
6.0All good apart from fact that windows were left wide open and room very cold. A lot of small particles of dirt had been blown in Staff apologetic. Room itself needs a new window. Stayed before and was a high standard. This is down to poor work by housekeepers. I would visit and stay again

8.0V good hotel with good facilities. Friendly staff. Good evening meal. Breakfast option could be improved on simply with more food on the cooked breakfast. Great location with excellent views.
