9.0We stayed at this hotel for a wedding yesterday the saff and the wedding venue were exceptional. I normal do video reviews online. But didn't really have a chance due to the wedding. But the staff made this a wonderful day... For the fans that know my name this is a 8.8.

− Room was dirty and decor scruffy.Bed collapsed and I suffered a head injury due to this.Ultimatly I had to go home and couldn't stay.No food was served and zero takeaway menus .Dirty heroine spoon was also found in the room.

− Nobody about on reception, if you had to go out to your car the front door locks , maybe a key for the front door as well as the room or key pad number would be a good idea?
