− Some of the rooms are looking at the back of a street. So no sunshine
Good location and large room but lacking convenience for a comfortable and easy stay.
6.0Location, Large Room.
− No tea coffee making facilities in the room, only available through their restaurant which opens at 7am. I'm ready for coffee at 5/6am. This is very inconvenient. Bathroom not enough space to place your toiletries items, despite room being large. Plugs, all USB and us, so not easy for an international traveller. Type C is the norm now. No full length mirror in room and requested one, to which they responded no. However pics online and videos show full length mirrors in room.

− We got a different room than booked, no city view and one bed plus one sleeping couch instead of two beds (but bigger size, thus we did not move for the second night, the effort was simply not worth it)
