10.0Very friendly, obliging, informative hosts. The first night Andy went the extra mile! Guest house is five minutes walk from the high street. Very clean. Plenty of choice for breakfast and well cooked food. Lovely small garden at the back of property with summerhouse, sun loungers etc which was a bonus. Free parking.. another plus. Our first visit, but would stay here again if we come back to this area .

10.0The guesthouse is close to the centre of Sidmouth, just a short walk. It is extremely clean, comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast was good.
