I'm not sure of her designation, but one thing is certain—she is truly a **star of your property**. The way she handles guests and manages challenging situations is remarkable. Whenever a guest is upset or faces an issue, Diksha steps in with patience, empathy, and professionalism, ensuring they leave with a smile. During my stay, after checking in on the **22nd**, I had booked **two rooms for five guests**, but due to a technical issue involving a third-party booking platform, there was confusion with my reservation. The situation seemed quite stressful, but Diksha immediately took charge. She promptly brought the matter to the attention of the senior manager (whose name I unfortunately don't remember), and together they resolved the issue efficiently. Thanks to their efforts, what could have been a frustrating experience turned into a smooth and relaxing stay. What impressed me even more was that this wasn't a one-off experience. Throughout my stay, I observed Diksha interacting with several other guests. On one occasion, I noticed a guest who was clearly upset. Diksha patiently listened, understood the concern, and handled the situation so well that the guest walked away satisfied. Employees like Diksha make all the difference in the hospitality industry. She is a true asset to your property, and I sincerely hope her dedication, professionalism, and exceptional guest service are recognised and appreciated. Please convey my heartfelt thanks to both Diksha and the senior manager who assisted me. They made my stay memorable for all the right reasons.

1.0− I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Hotel Royal Plaza, Delhi. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The problems started right from check-in. I had booked my room for the same day and arrived at the hotel around 9:30 PM. Instead of a smooth check-in, the receptionist spent a considerable amount of time arguing about my booking. It was only after the duty manager intervened and instructed the receptionist to issue my room key that the process moved forward. Despite this, I did not actually receive my room until 11:30 PM, meaning I had to wait nearly 2 hours after arriving. After a long journey, this was completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, the poor experience continued. After finally checking into my room, I went to the hotel's restaurant for dinner. There was hardly any staff present, and there wasn't even anyone available to serve water. The service was extremely slow, and it took more than 45 minutes for my food to arrive. For a hotel of this category, such service standards are disappointing. The next morning, my privacy was disturbed in a shocking manner. Someone knocked on my door, and when I did not respond, a staff member simply entered my room without permission. When I questioned him, he said he had come to check whether the room was occupied and whether I had any laundry to give. I find this explanation completely unacceptable. Entering a guest's room without explicit permission is a serious breach of privacy and basic hospitality standards. Overall, my stay was extremely frustrating and unpleasant. The combination of an unprofessional check-in process, excessive delays, poor restaurant service, and a complete disregard for guest privacy made this a truly disappointing experience. I expected far better from a hotel with this reputation. I sincerely hope the hotel management reviews these issues seriously, improves staff training, and ensures that no other guest has to go through such an experience.
