Appartamento indecoroso, servizi non funzionanti, struttura da incubo!

La piscina che comunque è del complesso e non loro infatti è tenuta molto bene. Per accedervi bisogna attraversare una zona abbandonata dell’edificio con ragnatele e mobili accatastati

− Da dove incominciare? Struttura fatiscente e poco collaborativa per le necessità basilari dei suoi ospiti. Foto che testimoniano. la reception assurdamente irreperibile se non al pomeriggio per poche ore. L’appartamento davvero indecoroso. Luci non funzionanti e assenza di un ventilatore (manca l’aria condizionata), tapparelle che non si chiudono e doccino rotto. Fortunatamente le luci sono state sostituite e il ventilatore è stato consegnato. Quando sembrava tutto più o meno normale ecco che la vasca non scarica più l’acqua. Si intasa e rende impossibile lavarsi. Non c’è stata alcuna attenzione nel risolvere il problema. Posso capire che ci siano problemi imprevedibili ma bisogna sempre garantire una soluzione agli ospiti! Ci siamo decisi a tornare a casa un giorno prima della partenza. Esausti davvero delusi. Riassumendo: non lo consiglierei a nessuno. Scegliete altro se non volete una vacanza rovinata!!! Di fronte alla richiesta di rimborso anche parziale visto che abbiamo pagato per 4 giorni ma alla fine ne abbiamo vissuti solo 3 da incubo non hanno accolto la richiesta ridendoci in faccia.

Logement extrêmement vétuste avec des équipements dangereux hors fonctionnement..inadmissible de louer pareils taudis avec cafards en prime. A fuir!
