Great access to the slopes

− It feels they are trying to charge extra for everything. Towels/sheets/cleaning/wifi! Your stay starts by filling out a checklist of all the equipment in the Appartement and the threat of a charge if something isn’t reported missing. Limited parking available. Need to sort out the path to reception with some rubber mats. It was treacherous. Confusing info re: post stay clean - if over 6 days then you must completely clean the apartment including empty the hoover! My friends apartment in block A needed a refurbished. Old hob, fridge and microwave.

L'amabilité du personnel

− Le logement était vétuste. Avant notre arrivée, il a été impossible de vous joindre l’établissement Les Valmonts aux horaires indiqués de l’accueil. Malgré plusieurs messages vocaux laissés, nous n’avons jamais été rappelés, ce qui est inacceptable pour un établissement recevant du public. Nous n'avons pu profiter de la piscine que le vendredi soir de 18h à 19h sur un séjour de 3 jours. Les horaires restrictifs 10h-11h30 et 16h-19h et FERME TOUS LES SAMEDIS n'étaient pas mentionnés sur votre site. De plus, les équipements étaient loin d’être à la hauteur : vestiaires et pédiluve sales, taille de la piscine inadaptée à la capacité d’accueil des 7 bâtiments, absence de transats malgré leur présence sur les photos promotionnelles, impossible de s’installer autour du bassin, seules quelques chaises en plastiques sont disponibles, abords étroits et glissants. Le hammam était par ailleurs hors service. Concernant le stationnement, peu de places sont disponibles devant les logements. Il existe certes un parking sécurisé en contrebas, mais son accès et la remontée à pied posent un vrai problème de praticité, surtout avec des bagages : chemin donnant sur une barrière à escalader, pente raide non accessible par tous ; et un problème de visibilité la nuit : les lampadaires présents dans ce chemin raide ne fonctionnent pas. En été, ce n’était déjà pas agréable ; nous n'osons imaginer ce que cela donne en hiver.

L'emplacement, le parking.

− Le réceptionniste ne connais rien à la résidence et aux alentours, un peu déçue. La réceptionniste elle été très professionnelle de bon conseil. L'appartement été très bien agencé, au calme, le ménage laisse à désirer. Pour le prix on va pas se plaindre,mais c'est pas exceptionnel.

La tranquillité du bâtiment ou j'ai séjourné? La proximité de Lanslebourg et de Lanslevillard(station de Val Cenis). Le bon accueil et la disponibilité de l'équipe de réception. Bonne situation géographique dans la vallée de la Haute Maurienne et l'accès au col du Mont Cenis et L'Italie(en été uniquement).

− La partie séjour coin cuisine qui pourrait être refaite. Egalement le manque de placards pour ranger des fournitures et autres produits de cuisine.

For stays from 2 to 6 nights, the end-of-stay cleaning fee, bed linen and towels and TV are included in the price.

Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before check-out.
