10.0Convenient to all facilities etc in town. Hosts very welcoming & nothing too much trouble. Room was a decent size, quiet & all gadgets operational. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast - great variety of items & cooked to order. Very pleasant breakfast room. Parking on the road or in private car park. Spacious with rear entrance ce to the house - ideal. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.
