− The front desk staff were not very personable and not very attentive to people standing there either waiting for coming/going or answering questions. The coffee at the breakfast was empty a lot and they had to be told they needed more coffee many times.

7.0The room was clean and the space seemed well maintained. The staff was friendly.
− The breakfast was limited but I may have arrived too late. I wish there had been an easier way to get up to my second-floor room other than an outdoor stairwell.

− Not much. Area around hotel could look more manicured because was surprised how nice lobby was from outside appearance Had trouble with bedside light switch not easy function
I would never stay here – there are better options.
2.0Unfortunately, there wasn’t much to like about the property
− The first thing that was offputting as soon as you walk in is all of the signage all around telling you that they are going to charge you $100 deposit fee if anything in the room is destroyed or removed. There were so many signs. The front desk staff just seemed noncommittal to anything really and didn’t offer any information at all without us asking. Our room was not cleaned thoroughly, there was a dead bug in the spider and a pubic hair in the bathtub. There were stains all over the mattress, cover and white blanket had yellow stains all over it. The noise from the highway was so intense. We hardly got to sleep at all.
I’d stay here again if I had to.
4.0Decent location
− Floor was definitely not clean. The first night, there wasn’t any soap- just shampoo. Electric didn’t work on half the room. Very limited outlets in the room. Had to move furniture to reach the one outlet that worked in the room. I had to use my own surge protector to charge all my devices
