Required a deposit then kept money without justification

− After my family’s stay at the Residhotel Tatry in Bordeaux on Sunday 2 August, they sent me a message to notify a deduction of €45 from a €100 deposit they had taken on arrival. The deduction was apparently for not cleaning the kitchen before we left, however at no point were we ever informed of any rule about cleaning the kitchen before leaving by the reception staff. - I have looked at the property’s policies on booking.com and there is no mention of a rule/policy that you need to clean the kitchen before leaving. - furthermore to me it is clear they have exploited the holding of a deposit due to the fact that we stayed only 1 night and hardly used the kitchen. We used only 4 small plates (for teacups) leaving these and a few teaspoons in the sink. Otherwise the kitchen was left in perfect condition.

− La chambre qu’on nous a attribuer n’était pas propre du tout, y avait de la moisissure partout, le placard avait des trace, les draps avait des taches, le sol collait, même les murs et porte étaient humide Il y avait énormément d’humidité dans la chambre nous étions presser de partir et nous ne reviendrons pas dans cette établissement Je trouve ça inadmissible de proposer une chambre pareil !! Les photos de votre site ne correspondent absolument pas à la réalité !
