Best western Plus is convenient, friendly and comfortable, especially after a long ride.
7.0The breakfast is wonderful and the gentleman who runs it takes great pride in his area and works extra hard to get the patrons everything they need! Coffee and tea are always available. The exercise room is always clean and the location is convenient to all shopping and restaurants. The housekeepers are always helpful and pleasant. It’s nice having a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
− The bathrooms are old and need updating, as do the towels. The curtains don’t close all the way, necessitating a hangar with clips to hold it shut! The carpeting should be replaced with laminate flooring.

Frustrating and miserable
1.0− They took my reservation. I received multiple confirmed messages about my reservation and check-in. They did not have my room. Somehow the payment got lost. Ramblings about a new POS system and we were on our own at midnight trying to find a new hotel. If you are incapable of honoring Booking.com requests, do not list your property on their site.
