Sleepless night due to the upstairs people partying until 2 AM

− The cost of the room was ridiculously expensive. As it was almost $1000 for the two nights. The guest above us decided to return to their room late in the evening and continue to play music until after 1 AM. We had to call the front desk two or three times to complain. There was loud music as well as stomping and banging that occurred even after the music stopped, they continue to bang and stomp on the floors until well After 2 am. The hotel told me that they could not do anything to compensate me as I had booked through Booking.com despite paying such a large amount for the room and none of my children slept that night.
