2.0I missed the call they made to me the afternoon before I left. But they called again the day after I was already in Oklahoma around noon to tell me they had a plumbing issue and would not have a room for me. So I didn't stay.

2.0I was called around 2-3 P.M. the day before check in, which I missed because I was getting ready to leave on my trip. they called again the next day around noon to tell me they had a plumbing issue and would not have a room for me . I booked in April I believe. So I didn't end up staying there.

2.0My husband and I are driving Route 66 from MO to CA and wanted to stay at kitschy, quirky motels. We had booked in Tulsa, but were ready to stop earlier. I called the Claremore Motor Inn - they had one room. Most others in the area were completely booked. The lady I spoke to was very kind and helpful. We arrived a short time later. There were several people sitting outside the rooms almost like they lived there or something- most seemed to know each other. We were booked into a room and carried our things upstairs and into a room that was humid, seemed clean, but the vibe of the whole place made me very uncomfortable. We tried to lock the door and the deadbolt wouldn’t work without my husband having to pulled up on the door hard and then lock it. We ended up checking right back out and they said I would get a refund because I told them that I felt uncomfortable with all the people just hanging around. The sigh from the owner told me it’s probably not the first time he’s heard that. It has the potential to be super cute, but definitely was not the cute, kitschy place we were looking for.

2.0The room was very dirty the sheets on bed looked dirty. There was no coffee maker in room, we were told we could purchase coffee in the morning. When I asked why the carpet was so filthy, I was told they had someone stay for 5 weeks and they didn't have time to clean it. There was food left in refrigerator. The worst room I have ever stayed in and will never be back! I also have photos to share on social media. I would give them a score of -10.

4.0It’s a 2 star accommodation. The room had old dirty musty smelling carpeting, and the wall outlets we’re literally mobile. Just a few cockroaches to add to the ambiance. On a positive the A/C worked well and lots of hot water.
