8.0Visited during rainy season. Fabulous views, staff, bed, linen, pillows, AC, pool, outside over-the-water restaurant/bar, & beach area. Room w/broken sliding door. Recommend: replace room curtains, deep cleaning floor into corners, sweep bugs (lots of flies). Honors jubalido (resident senior discount).

10.0We had a very large room. A couch and TV at the entrance and a big king size bed with a lovely balcony overlooking the ocean in a separate room. The bed was super comfy. The pool is large, clean and warm.

6.0The hotel has a great location but it is very much in need of an update. I was also told it is for sale which is why nothing is being done. The breakfast is horrible and the food was very inconsistent. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and friendly.
