The Westin is our regular place to stay when we visit our son.
10.0We had a minor inconvenience that Amanda was able to rectify. She was very kind and professional. What a great employee.
− Our first room had an odor. We thought it was smoke but the hotel is non-smoking. Could be that a pet had been in the room. Not sure, but Amanda was able to quickly change our room.
