Oasi di pace.Giardini curatissimi. Gentilezza dello staff.

− Gli arredi all'interno della camera sono da sostituire.La strada che porta alla struttura è in lento rifacimento per cui gli autisti sono costretti ad andare a 5 km l'ora in diversi tratti e per diversi kilometri.Il cibo è ripetitivo e la qualità non è il massimo (i dolci ad esempio sono stantii e non hanno particolare sapore). La cosa peggiore però è stata che il pontile che porta alla barriera corallina è chiuso per lavori di ristrutturazione; si può utilizzarlo solo fino alle scalette della laguna.Questa è stata una grande delusione (non conosciuta da nessun cliente) e una struttura seria avrebbe dovuto ammettere la problematica e lasciare una lettera di scuse in camera e sdebitarsi ad esempio omaggiando gli utenti con qualche benefit (wifi ad esempio gratis, una escursione, un massaggio....etc etc). Chi si fa 2 ore è mezza di auto dall'aeroporto di Marsa Alam per raggiungere il Wadi Lahmy lo fa unicamente per poter godere della barriera corallina.Qiesto non è accaduto.. Desolato.

Super-chilled and relaxing!

The location, the quietness and the easy access to The Red Sea with Orca dive centre on site. Lovely room with side sea view. The gardens are beautiful and well tended. My third stay here and I'm sure I'll come again.

− There's no need for piped music during dinner ....okay for Egyptian night, but otherwise I'd bin that. Not everyone enjoys heavy meat based meals at lunchtime. The salads are great so please serve more cheese and also falaafal at lunchtime - it's really popular in Europe nowadays.
