− La connexion internet était vraiment instable et les déconnexion très fréquentes. J’ai été déconnecté en plein meeting. Je ne suis pas le seul à me plaindre de ce problème j’espère qu’ils vont y remédier. Certains membre du personnel pourraient être plus souriants

− Staff got my bill wrong and we're quite rude and dismissive when I pointed it out, even after they realised I was right and I had been charged to much. Bacon and Eggs at breakfast were barely warm. Bed was very firm. Asked for a kettle came two days later after chasing, was broken ! Didn't bother asking for another!

− There are common break-ins into cars, even in the garage. Happened to us and another visitors
